Join us in a 6 session, biweekly, expert-led postpartum support group! This is a space for caregivers with babies 15 months of age and younger to connect in a nurturing, understanding environment where we discuss all things parenting and postpartum. Whether you’re seeking advice on breastfeeding, bottle feeding, nutrition for postpartum, postpartum recovery, or simply crave a community of like minded caregivers in the same season of life, this virtual support group offers you a space to thrive! Through group discussion, expert guidance, and peer support, we aim to empower parents as they navigate the beautiful and transformative journey of early parenthood. Virtual meetings will take place biweekly, starting in September

Support Group Information:

Approximately 1 Hour Sessions- Come & Go As You Please

Wednesdays at 10am: 9/4, 9/18, 10/2, 10/16, 10/30, 11/13

Cost: $60 for access to all sessions, $15 drop in sessions
